How do I order a Home Delivery Item online?
Please note only a selection of our products are available for online purchase and home delivery.
Any item on the Smyths Toys site marked "Home Delivery" can be purchased online using a credit card. Just select an item you wish to buy, view item in shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Fill in your Shipping & Billing Infromation and proceed to Order Review & Payment. Please remember to include a day-time contact number.
When you "submit" your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation to acknowledge that the order has been received
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the 32 Counties of Ireland.

How much does delivery cost?
There is FREE HOME DELIVERY on all orders over €59!
If you order is under €59, the following charges apply:
Up to 30 kgs: €6.99
30 - 100 kgs: €24.99
More than 100 kgs: €29.99

How long will a delivery typically take to arrive?
Usually within 2 - 6 working days.
How do I know when the delivery will arrive?
For items ordered that weigh in excess of 30kgs, you will receive a telephone, text or an email before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery. No notification will be provided for orders weighing less than 30 kgs.
Do you deliver to my neighbour if I am unavailable at the pre-arranged pick-up time?
Typically we do not deliver to neighbours unless this has been specified by the customer before hand.
What if I need to return something?
